All rooms have balconies, seating areas or sofas, satellite TV, DW phone, safes, showers/bath tubs and hair dryers.

Discounts for children

(in a room with their parents in a cot or a separate bed):

Up to 14 years of age - 50%
Third bed in the room - 20%

Arrival and departure

All rooms are reserved on the day of arrival until 6 p.m. and are ready for you at 2 p.m. Please clear your room on your day of departure by 10 a.m. In case you arrive late, please contact us.

Methods of payment

You may pay with cash (till € 4.999), EC card or credit card.

We would like to inform you, that according to the current law, payments in cash can only be accepted for a maximum amount of 4.999,00 Euro.

Cancellations

Notification pursuant to Part III, Section III, Paragraph I of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumers' Code)
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated - however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:

For cancellations made up to 28 days before the date of arrival, no additional fee will be charged.
For cancellations within 27 to 15 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 14 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total booking will be charged.
In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 70% of the amount paid for the missing days

Traveller's insurance

Before the arrival and during the holiday there might be some hitches. If you want to be prepared and to travel in a safe way we recommend you to sign a HGV-cancellation insurance. The insurance provides also additional benefits. Find out more here:

We can pick them up at the train station of Fortezza (€ 55 one way)

Alto Adige Guest Pass

Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure. The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass. ▪ Purpose: The personal data provided will be transmitted to the single coordinating body of the Guest Pass in order to enable the creation and use of the Guest Pass and to provide the associated services. ▪ Recipient: In connection with the issue of the Guest Pass, your data will be transmitted to the Mobilitätskonsortium, VAT Nr. 02735170215, which acts as the cardholder and unified coordinating body and assumes the role of autonomous data controller in processing the transferred data.
